Government Polytechnic, Buxar Course Admission 2024 - Fees, Date, Cutoff & Eligibility

The admissions at Government Polytechnic Buxar are done on the basis of the DCECE exam conducted by the Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECE). Lateral admissions into the third semester are done on the basis of the BCECE LE exam. There are 60 seats available for each of the engineering branches translating into a total of 240 seats at the institute.

Government Polytechnic Application Process

• Visit the official website - bceceboard.bihar.gov.in

• Click on the online application tab

• Register with mobile number and email id

• Fill  out personal details 

• Upload photograph and signature 

• Fill in the academic qualification details

• Submit the application after verifying all the details

• Pay the required application fee 

• Appear for the exam

• Register for the counselling process conducted by BCECE 

• Mention the college preferences during choice filling

• Seat allotment and reporting to the allotted college

Candidates may be required to produce the following documents at the time of reporting

• Qualifying marksheet and certificate

• Photographs

• Aadhar Card

• DCECE Admit card

• DCECE Rank Card

• Allotment letter

• Caste certificate if applicable

• Income certificate if applicable

• TC/ Character Certificate

• Anti ragging affidavit
