Government Polytechnic for Women Jogipet Medak is established for imparting Technical Education for Women in the State of Telangana. This institution is affiliated to the College of State Board of Technical Education and Training, Hyderabad, and approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), which offers diploma programmes in futuristic domains of Information and Technology.

Diploma in Electronics and Communication Engineering: It is another programme that admits 60 students. It aims to provide solid knowledge of electronics and communication engineering to students.
