Government Polytechnic Gajapati admissions are provided to the students in the full-time mode in the various engineering fields. The diploma level admission is available at the institution for full time courses. The  Government Polytechnic Gajapati admission are offered to eligible students based on the number of applications received and merit list prepared by DAC Odisha. 

GP Gajapati admissions are based on merit of the qualifying examinations. Candidates who are eligible to meet the minimum requirements of GP Gajapati are accepted for admission to Government Polytechnic Gajapati. Qualified students should submit the documents for verification and make the admission fee payment to confirm the allotted seat. The Government Polytechnic Gajapati seat intake is 210.

• After satisfying the Government PolytechnicGajapati Diploma eligibility criteria, candidates need to register and submit the application on the Odisha government’s Student Academic Management System website.

• The application submitted by the candidate will be validated online.

• If the application is not validated online, candidates need to visit the nearest NCC (Nodal Center for Counseling).

• After the validation of the application, candidates will be eligible for the choice filling phase.

• Students interested in Government PolytechnicGajapati diploma admissions should lock their choice of college within the scheduled date.

• Once selected, candidates should pay the fee and report to the college for document verification.

Note: ITI (Engineering Trade or COE Trade) / +2 Vocational (2 years course) pass out students in any Engineering Trades are eligible for admission to 80% seats of Lateral Entry in any discipline of Diploma Engineering Programme. For the rest 20% seats, +2 Science pass out with PCM are eligible under Lateral Entry in Diploma Engineering programme.
