  • Eligibility requirements: Prior to applying for the diploma programs offered by Government Polytechnic, Gonda candidates must ensure that they meet the eligibility criteria established by the institution.

Candidates are advised to have a valid mobile phone number and email address readily available as these are necessary for both registration and subsequent processes. 

Candidates should upload the requisite documents and submit the application fee within the specified timeframe. The application fee can be submitted online through methods such as Net Banking, Credit Card, Bidet Card or through E-Challan, which can be deposited at any branch of State Bank of India or ICICI Bank.

  • Application form correction window: The authority offers an opportunity for applicants to rectify any inaccuracies in their Government Polytechnic application forms through an application correction window. Candidates can make edits or corrections to their submitted details within the specified time frame. 

  • Admit card download: Candidates who have successfully completed the application process will receive an admit card, which they must download from the official website and bring to the examination centre on the designated day. 

  • Entrance examination: Applicants are required to participate in a 2.5-hour online entrance test as part of the admission process. 

  • Merit list: The institution releases the results of the polytechnic examination in the form of a merit list, which includes the names of qualified candidates. 

  • Counselling: Qualified candidates need to attend counselling sessions during which they must select and confirm their choices of courses and institutes.
