Government Polytechnic, Mohammadi Kheri Admission Process

The Government Polytechnic, Mohammadi Kheri, for organized admission to the Diploma programs. The institute is recognized by the AICTE and provides quality engineering education on an area of 7 acres. The admission is primarily through the Uttar Pradesh Joint Entrance Examination (Polytechnic), popularly referred to as JEECUP.  In this institution, admissions mainly take place once every year according to JEECUP schedules. Interested candidates appear for the JEECUP conducted by the Joint Entrance Examination Council, Lucknow. This exam is an entry ticket for admissions into all the polytechnic institutes of Uttar Pradesh including Government Polytechnic, Mohammadi Kheri. 

After passing the JEECUP successfully, candidates go for counseling. 2. Entrance Examination: All the applicants are to appear for the JEECUP on the appointed date. It tests the engineering study-related knowledge of the candidates.

3. Result Declaration: After conducting the examination, the results in JEECUP will be declared. Only the candidates who qualify for the counseling process can be admitted.

4. Counseling Registration: The qualified candidates are to register for the counseling as per the announced schedule by JEECUP.

5. Document Verification: Candidates who will be attending the counseling are required to present their original documents for verification, which shall comprise mark sheets, certificates, and additional relevant documents designated by the examination authority.

6. Seat Allotment: The allotting of seats in various polytechnics, including Government Polytechnic-Mohammadi Kheri, is done based on the candidate's rank in JEECUP and their preferred choices.

7. Fee Payment: Candidates need to pay the fees to confirm their admission after the seat has been allotted to them.

8. Reporting to the Institute: After completing all the above-mentioned processes, candidates must report at the Government Polytechnic, Mohammadi Kheri, on the date given in the admission notification along with the documents.

Degree wise Admission Process

Diploma in Civil Engineering: This is a three-year program with 60 seats covering theoretical and practical aspects of civil engineering. Admission shall depend on the candidate's performance in JEECUP and subsequent counseling. The annual fee in any case shall be Rs 38,010.

Diploma in Computer Science and Engineering: The diploma has a seat intake of 60, and this diploma expects to impart contemporary professional skills concerning computer science and engineering to its students. Entrance is based on performance in JEECUP and counseling thereafter. Fee for this program is about Rs 38,010 per annum.

Diploma in Electrical Engineering: This has also a total intake of 60 seats and caters to the knowledge of fundamentals and practical aspects of Electrical Engineering. Admissions are done through JEECUP and counseling as with all the others. The annual fee for this program is Rs 38,010.

The admission process for all such programs must have the students clearing the entrance test conducted by the Joint Entrance Exam Council, Lucknow, called JEECUP. After that, the candidates have to attend counseling grant for seat allotment.
