Government Polytechnic Nandipet is an associated college in Nizamabad district of Telangana state and it has been entrenched on a 10-acre site recognised for providing technical education. Government Polytechnic Nandipet has been given recognition by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).
The Government Polytechnic Nandipet admission process is mainly via the Telangana State Polytechnic Common Entrance Test (TS POLYCET). This exam is considered to be of utmost importance to the applicants seeking admission to the diploma programmes offered by Government Polytechnic Nandipet.
Usually, eligibility for Government Polytechnic Nandipet admission requires pass mark in the 10th standard or equivalent qualification from the recognised boards. There are several processes of application to Government Polytechnic, Nandipet:
Diploma in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering: This programme has an approved intake of 60 students. Government Polytechnic Nandipet admissions for the programme are based on the performance of the candidate in TS POLYCET. This course is more inclined towards electronic systems and communication technologies and related domains.
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering: With an approved capacity of 60, this programme, too, admits the students according to their TS POLYCET scores. This is a branch that deals with all the areas of mechanical engineering such as design, manufacturing, and thermal systems.
Both these diploma programmes are three years of full-time courses to train the students with technical knowledge and hands-on skill sets required within the framework of their very own bases of the field of study.
