• After submitting the application form, candidates will receive the entry card for the JEEP entrance exam at their address or they can download it from the official website of JEEP.
• The Uttarakhand JEEP exam will be conducted by the Board of Technical Education.
• Admission to the Diploma course is based on candidates' performance in the JEEP exam.
• Based on their rank, candidates are required to attend the counselling process as per the defined date.
• Candidates can select a branch of their choice on the basis of rank obtained.
• The allocation of college is done during the counselling process. 
• The admission process is complete after verification of documents and payment of fees.
