• The candidates seeking admission to the courses need to fulfil the eligibility criteria.

• The eligible candidates can buy the JEEP application form from the distribution centre.

• The application form has to be duly filled by the candidate and submitted to the Uttarakhand Board of Technical Education or any Government Polytechnic college in Uttarakhand.

• The candidates will receive the entry card for the JEEP entrance exam at their address or they can download it from the official website of JEEP.

• The admission to the diploma courses is done on the basis of the Uttarakhand JEEP exam conducted by the Uttarakhand Board of Technical Education in the month of May.

• The results for the JEEP examination are available on the official website of Uttarakhand JEEP. 

• The candidates are required to register for the online counselling process based on their rank in the JEEP examination.     

• The candidate should participate in the online counselling and is required to report at the institute on the date mentioned in the Allotment letter.

• The candidate should attend the counselling process as per the counselling date and select the branch and college of their choice.

• The selected candidates should report to the college, the final admission is done after verification of documents and payment of fees.
