Government Polytechnic Vikasnagar offers 4 diploma courses. The GPT admissions include Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharma), Mechanical Engineering, Civil and Environmental Engineering, Electronic Engineering. Before applying for the desired course, the candidates should appear for the Uttarakhand JEEP exam. The GPT Kurukshetra admissions are on the basis of the marks scored by the candidates in the entrance examination. The candidates are required to satisfy the eligibility criteria and follow the admission procedure set by the institute for the admissions. The candidates are advised to arrange the necessary documents as these will be required by the college during the admission process.

GPT Application Procedure

• The candidates are required to buy the JEEP from the distribution centre which will be available in January and February.

• Fill the form carefully and submit it to the Uttarakhand Board of Technical Education or any other Government Polytechnic college in Uttrakhand.

• The candidates will get the entry card for the JEEP entrance exam on their respective address or download it from www.ubter.in website.

• The JEEP exam is conducted by the Board of Technical Education in the month of May.

• The results can be seen on the same website.

• Attend the counselling session as per your rank.

• After getting shortlisted for GPT Vikasnagar admissions, report to the college to take admission

• The candidates must meet the minimum eligibility criteria to be eligible for admissions.

• For admission to diploma programmes, candidates need to take the Uttarakhand JEEP exam.

• They must attend the counselling session.

• After getting shortlisted for GPT Vikasnagar admissions the candidates are required to report to the institute for admissions.

• They must pay the course fees along with the required documents to successfully complete the admission process.
