The college has a health center with a first aid facility for the students.

The college also has an on-campus, fully equipped gym to distract yourself.

The College library has all the facilities required in the form of books and journals, internet for surfing, printout facility, and even spiral or thermal binding is done within the walls of the library itself.  

The college has playgrounds within its premises, for different outdoor games are also available. Every year, the students of the college receive prizes for their best performances in inter-college competitions held from time to time among different Ayurvedic colleges.

The college has an IT Infrastructure facility for the students.

The College Canteen also provides refreshment for the students.

The college has an auditorium facility for events and seminars.

The College has a Photostat Machine, Scanner, and printer installed.

The College has a laboratory where tests are usually done on clinical specimens to obtain information about the health of a patient about the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of disease. The laboratories of our college are thus focused on applied science, mainly on a production-like basis, as opposed to research laboratories that focus on basic science on an academic basis. 

The college provides excellent transportation facilities with a fleet of buses, separate for students and staff.

The College has an alumni association in which old students give their feedback and share their valuable experiences with the new batches. The Alumni Associations of GNGC provide feedback about the infrastructure, educational facilities, quality of teaching, discipline, co-curricular activities, and various other important components of the BAMS course & in the Alumni Meet, suggestions for the improvement of the institution are being given by the members of the Alumni Associations. The alumni association is quite active in the growth and development of the college and renders its full support and cooperation.

The college has a guest house/waiting room facility for visiting faculty and student family members.

The students are encouraged to take part in Intra-state and Inter-state College games, and various cultural activities like Drama, Singing, Dancing, Poetry, Declamation contests, Debates, and Quiz programs, etc, conducted and sponsored by the University from time to time. 

The college has an active functional placement cell. It attempts to keep the students informed about potential job opportunities and guidance from time to time. It organizes career orientation and guidance programs in the college. The cell also helps to conduct Mock interviews on college campuses and train the students in resume writing. Leading pharma houses like  Jiva Ayurved, Himalaya Drug Pharma, and Karelya Ayurved regularly visit Guru Nanak Ayurvedic Medical College and Research Institute for placement.

To enhance the skills among students, various workshops related to arts and crafts, preparation of teaching aids, best out of waste, Micro and Macro lessons, Interior Decoration, Candle Making, Yoga and meditation, etc., are organized in the college.
