The college has very good Football and basketball teams, which have won many inter-college competitions, along with TT, Volleyball, badminton, handball, through ball, and many more outdoor and indoor games and athletics. 

The college says that Students can draw money from the Automated Teller Machine any time, on campus. Even people from neighboring villages utilize the ATM facility on our campus. The management ensures that the ATM is always in service, without any technical hazards, and the machine is always stocked with cash. 

India’s first-ever white-label ATM of the Tata Group is set up on the Campus. Indicash offers a host of cash and non-cash services such as cash withdrawals, balance inquiries, mini-statements, and PIN changes. It will accept all domestic debit cards, with the first five transactions a month being free, in line with RBI regulations for use of ‘Other Bank ATMs '.

The college has 20 college-owned buses available to cover all areas in the twin cities. Exclusive RTC buses are provided by TSRTC only for the students of Holy Mary from ECIL to camps and return. Students also prefer coming on their own in different modes of transport as the campus is well connected with the private and public transport. 

The college is located about 25 Km from Secunderabad, Koti, and 10 km from Uppal Ring Road on Warangal Highway. A good fleet of Buses from almost all the corners of the city with well-trained drivers has been provided. Transportation Fee may vary from Rs 30,000 to Rs 40,000 depending on the distance. The RTC is also running city buses at good frequency towards Ghatkesar, Bogaram, and EXCLUSIVE RTC BUSSES ALSO AVAILABLE.
