Life at IMI Kolkata – From My Perspective
Academics
The faculty has been supportive and eager to teach us. They are approachable,always pushing us to think outside the box. They mentor us outside class as well, we can sit down with them whenever there's an upcoming interview which definitely helps us prepare better.
College Infra
Life at IMI Kolkata has been one of the most transformative journey for me. From the first day itself, I had realized that it is not only about academics but also you are learning,adapting and growing everyday. Infrastructure has been excellent, with rooms that are highly well maintained, house keeping staff visting daily for cleaning, classrooms are well-equipped, so is the library. It gives us a holistic environment to develop ourselves.
Campus Life
Camous culture is truly refreshing. There's some club event happening almost daily, I myself have won a few of those events. Our batch also has major diversity, with students coming in from every part of India including someone from Andaman and Nicobar Islands.
Placements
IMI-Kolkata proudly announces that they have 100% placements for all students and they genuinely do so. This year has been exceptional as well. Our seniors are getting placed in the first trimester of their final year. Highest uptill now has been around 18lacs.
Value For Money
Our entire course is around 14-15lacs and the ROI for the same is justified. Average package is about 10lacs hence it definitely has the value for money factor. Hostel accomodation as well as mess charges are also reasonable.

IMI Kolkata has modern classroom ,rich library and well maintained hostel. Wi-Fi enabled campus and clean surroundings make learning convenient and comfortable.Campus environment makes you feel safe .

There are active clubs and committees for finance,marketing ,cultute and sports that keep students engaged beyond academics.This will help build leadership ,teamwork and confidence among students and helps in overall growth
Placements
Placements are good with reputed companies from diverse sectors visiting campus every year.Roles are offered in marketing,consulting,analytics and finance.Average package is good compared to similar B schools in the category.
Value For Money
Though fees is relatively high IMI Kolkata offers good value for money because of quality of academics ,strong placement and overall learning experience.The exposure,networking opportunities and carrier prospects justify the investment in the long run.

Academics
Academic is good, currently I'm pursuing PGDM and some faculties are really good, very helpful, college provide training opportunities for 6months as a part of curriculum and its really helpful for the students to learn and explore the corporate world before the summer internship.
College Infra
College is not that big but it has all the facilities and equipments ,with classroom facilities like wifi,smart boards,and all those are well maintained,food mess is also maintained near and clean with all the food facilities.
Campus Life
They conduct various sports activities , cultural events and many more international events.Students, faculties everyone here are very supportive and the location is safe although it's a pollution area but facilities are good enough.
Placements
I will say it's average,many students has also got a good number of packages,big 4 companies also come to hire for final placements with a very smooth process selection, marketing and finance specialization students got highest packages.
Value For Money
Per year it's around 7.5lakh,and as money ROI is average

How is International Management Institute,Kolkata for PGDM?
IMI Kolkata is pretty average college. For IMI only the Delhi campus is good and the Bhubaneshwar campuse is a little decent. The PGDM program consists of courses like Marketing, Finance and Human resources management. The fees for the PGDM program in IMI Kolkata is 12.4 lakhs but the placements
