Well, it's really difficult to get admission in any good government engineering college with 48 percentile. However, you can apply for good private colleges, also you can apply for the entrance exams conducted by the private colleges which might help you to get any scholarship.

Your score is too low, and if you are from general category then it is difficult to get a seat in IT branch in any College. It depends on cut off of Indira Gandhi college. Cut off varies
