IPCW is ranked in the 101-150th rank band among the college category, as per the NIRF 2025 Rankings.
A total of 52 cadets were selected through a two-phase selection process for IPCW NCC COY enrolment batch 2025
The library is the best place to go in the college. The entire 2-storey building is the place that gives solace. It is the only college after SRCC that has its own swimming pool. The new academic block rooms are comparatively bigger to accommodate more people.
Academics are the main focus of the college. The professors are focused and tend to pay attention to tutorials in which they tend to the doubts of the students. This is a common thing in IPCW. Tutorials are taken seriously.
The placements have taken pace now. Even Bain and company come for analyst roles to the college now. It is a good place where placements happen. S&M roles are usually sales-focused, though, by now. However, the prospects are good.
The college fees is lower because of the DU fee concession. It is higher than the other DU colleges. The prices in the canteen are also subsidized so the students can have good food at much lower prices.
The campus is not very far from the North Campus, so people can go on a spree and socialise even in their free time. Maju ka Tila is also minutes away, so it is quite feasible to go at any time.
My college's infrastructure is really cool. The buildings are big and beautiful, with comfy classrooms. I used to click a lot of pictures of my college. There's a nice library and a chill cafeteria. Wi-Fi is good but more power outlets would be awesome. The sports area is fun
I did Political science honors. Teaching was mostly good, some awesome, few meh. Professors cared and made it interesting. Curriculum was decent but updates were slow. Some subjects felt old-fashioned, needed more real world stuff. It was okay but could be better.
Placements were okay not everyone got placed. About 60% got jobs. Highest salary was for engineering, 6LPA. Average was 3LPA. Placement process was okay, not super easy. College support was there, but could be better.
Campus is cool, best part is greenery and chill spots. Cafeteria was the best hangout spot. Teachers are mixed, some great, some so-so. Support staff friendly. Location is central, convenient. Safety is decent, but more security would be nice.
It was a great experience. I had great bonds with my teachers.
The classroom sizes are too small as compared to the strength of students. Many times, students have to bring chairs from adjacent rooms. Otherwise, the lab apparatus and things required for co-curricular activities (like college societies) are top-notch. The library is the best among all the colleges of DU.
Teachers are amazing and knowledgeable. The DU syllabus is quite good and promotes radical thinking. There are various seminars and conferences in the college too, so the study isn't restrictied to prescribed syllabus.
PLacement opportunities are reasonable, though not very good. Opportunities for placement are anyway less ikn undergraduate courses like B.A., B.Sc. and B. Com. So, the college can't really be blamed for it.
The fee is less on account of the college being a government instution. The academics, cocurriculars and all the facilities are quite good. So, the money that goes in here is totally worth it. Hostel fee is high, but even that is worth it.
Being a girls' college, the entry is restricted to only girl students of other DU colleges in most of the fests, competetions and seminars, so the student count remains low. So, sponsors are less and fests are not that good, not anywhere close to the fests in most DU colleges. But the campus is perhaps the most beautiful among all DU colleges and the students here are brilliant. It's a pleasure to listen to the perspectives and views the students bring in.
Infrastructure: All Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, libraries, etc. are available. The best food is pure vegetarian; the quality of the food is very good; the mess is awesome; the rooms of the hostel are good; and the facilities provided to the students are also good. The staff are always very helpful.
Academics : overall they have a good educational experience. And a good faculty. I m studying economics Hons and the quality of education is very commendable. Yes our curriculum is updated every year and it makes us job ready.
Placements are good, faculty are awesome, Campus provides good environment to student and everyone are so friendly with each other. All the students are cooperative and supportive. I like the most about this college is the big campus and their vision of being the best institution of choice.
Really worth the money. Fees is minimal according to me .
The university has a very good greenish campus, with many facilities provided on campus. The campus provides us with a really good classrooms and a vast library source. There university accomodates almost all the sports with the grounds
Safe environment for women.
The campus of the college is good and beautiful . Hostel of the college is there inside the college, a very peaceful place to stay. Sports ground ,gymnasium are quite big and have all the equipments. Library is also big and have all the books , weekly magazine and daily newspaper.
Teachers are helpful and highly qualified and professional in their fields. All kind of societies, clubs like dance and debate are there for extra curricular activities. Every day there is some kind of workshop or seminar held to provide guidance to the students and knowledge enhancement.
Placement of the college is too good. Most of the student get placement in various fields. Many reputed companies like KPMG and Deloitte hire students from the college. Highest package of the b.com hons. department is between 20-25 lacs, average package is 5-6 lacs.
College infra is really great and it's the first thing that attracts the students and outsiders too and it's really great. There are AC in almost every room and lab of the cllg. It's library is big enough for many students to study their without any disturbance and also the sports ground is also nice and in last but not the least there is a swimming pool also.
I'm currently doing bcom hons from thiis college and the teaching faculty is really really really nice to every student. Not only their way of teaching but treating every student equally and nicely is appreciable. Also my course is bcom hons. And it is giving us many opportunities to work in corporate world out there
The placement cell is really good. The highest placement of the college is about 22 lacs something and it guides us to get internship and all. Also the placement sell provide many internship program for the students and also i would like to add that they invite many known personalities in the campus to inspire and motivate students to work toward their future and to fulfill their goals .
The college has a drawback also. It's a little bit costly. My course cost 32000 per year but it's worth it
My campus life till now is really great and it can't be explained in words and the activities that student can engage in like volunteer and joining society for better experience and the main thing annual fest of the college
The infrastructure is good and have almost all the facilities available within the campus or outside the campus. The hostels have WiFi, and the food is hygienic and also the living spaces are quite clean.
I have done my MA in English from Indraprastha College for Women, Delhi. The curriculum have all the updated material so that the students can get proper guidance and steps up in the right direction. The study makes us job ready.
The quality of placements are fair enough. Percentage of students getting placed are 60% and the highest package offered is 7 LPA. The average salary package offered by the companies are 2.5 LPA to 3.5 LPA.
It's really a nice college.. Faculty is excellent I must say and it's infrastructure is so beautiful, u will not be able to find it in other colleges of north campus of DU. The college has four buildings, a museum, a three-storey airconditioned library and five labs.
Teachers in our college are very helpful and well qualified They have a better knowledge of our course. The curriculum is vast and teaches you different subjects in each semester helping you in becoming industry-ready
Many students got placed in renowned companies like Deloitte, USI, D. E. Shaw, PwC, HSBC, TCS, Wipro, and SAP.The placement cell of this college providee lots of internship and platformm for students.
The cost of courses is a bit expensive compared to other du colleges
Ipcw is a not in the main campus so you do miss a lot of things
My college has an outstanding infrastructure and is well known for it too. It has all the necessary equipments and facilities like Wifi, labs, canteen etc. They all are in use , well maintained and hygienic.
I am a student of Bachelor's of Commerce (Hons) . The quality of teaching and curriculum is updated and makes us job ready. However, with recent National Education Policy it has become a bit complicated but more practical.
The quality and percentage of placements in my college is good. However, the college and it's students are continuously working to improve this percentage further. The collage is very supportive and the placement process is easy and pleasant.
The fees for my course per year is around 32,000 rupees. However, it is quite higher than other colleges of University of Delhi offering same course but keeping the infrastructure, facilities and placements in my mind it is worth for money.
We are offered with number of activities to engage in like NSS, seminars, cultural events, etc. The students, teachers and other staff is very supportive and cooperative too . The location is also easily accessible as it is walking distance from metro station and bus stands too.
The serene architecture of IPCW is what makes it stand out from the rest of DU fraternity. Infrastructure is up-to-date in terms of smart classes, computer labs and is also suitable for the differently abled.
All professors are highly educated and experienced, with some of them teaching for more than 4 decades! Their teaching style is also flexible and they repeat the concept until it is clear to everyone in the class.
The placements are decent, with all big corporations coming to the college and offering competent salary packages as well. Majority of the placements go to the Commerce, Economics, and Computer Science departments.
The experience offered in a fees as meager as Rs 20k is totally worth it.
The campus is the best thing about our college. The bright flowers, peacocks, birds of varied kinds, and green lush lawns make it my favorite place to hang out.

Firstly, congratulations. All these colleges whose cut off you have met are one of the best colleges of university of delhi.
among these 4, gargi college and jesus and marry college are best because of better ranking.
and among these two gargi has better reviews, the faculty of Gargi is also brilliant.
Some factors you can keep in mind while choose DU colleges,

2. Is commuting to college is easy.
3. societies of your choice
4. Faculty
i would say Gargi and JMC are both good. You can choose either of them
all the best
