Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Computer Science and Engineering is a four-year full-time undergraduate program recognized by AICTE and offered by the Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad.

The fast changing technological scenario poses to the Institute a challenge of continuously updating its curriculum and faculty to be able to provide state-of-the-art education to the students. Changes, both major and subtle, have been made by the department of Computer Science and Engineering (CSE), to be better prepared for tomorrow.

The B.Tech program in Computer Science and Engineering was started in the year 2001 with an intake of 40, increased to 60 in 2002, 90 in 2004, 120 in 2006, 180 in 2012 and 240 in 2015. Besides, an additional 20% seats are under lateral entry scheme.

Eligibility Criteria

The minimum qualification for admission to first year of the B.Tech course is a pass in the Intermediate (10 + 2) conducted by the board of Intermediate education, Govt. of Telangana or any other examination recognized as equivalent thereto with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry as optional subjects.
- 70% of the seats are allotted based on the merit in the Telangana Engineering, Agriculture & Pharmacy (Veterinary etc.,) Common Entrance Test (TG EAPCET) conducted by Govt. of Telangana.
- 30% of the seats are earmarked for Management / NRI candidates, filled based on merit as per the guidelines of TGCHE, Hyderabad
- In addition to the above, 10% of the seats on convener quota are admitted under EWS category
- In addition to the above, Diploma holders are admitted in second year of B.Tech to the extent of 10% of intake based on the merit in the Engineering Common Entrance Test (ECET), under lateral entry scheme conducted by Govt. of Telangana.

Admission Details

Admissions to the Institute are made along with the other engineering colleges in the state through a common entrance test conducted by the Govt. of Telangana.

70% of the seats are allotted based on the merit in the Engineering and Medical Common Entrance Test (EAMCET) conducted by Govt. of Telangana.
30% of the seats are earmarked for Management / NRI candidates.

College Infrastructure

The college has good infrastructure with spacious classrooms, well-equipped laboratories, a digital library, Wi-Fi, seminar halls, and sports facilities. The campus is clean, green, and well maintained. Computer labs have the required software for practical learning, and the overall environment is comfortable and suitable for both academic and extracurricular activities.

College Infrastructure

The class rooms are well maintained as well. There is a good facilities for all floors the buildings and we'll structured as well. It is a good college, with decent amenities. Although there could be more grounds.
