IMT Ghaziabad and XIMB are both comparable on basis of Infrastructure, Faculty and Campus Life, with XIMB having an excellent culture and peer environment. However, as far as Placements are concerned, I believe IMT Ghaziabad being located near Finance, IT and Corporate Hubs of Delhi NCR, provides strong scope and impetus to training and placement prospects.

In  XAT 2021 your score is 20.35.you are willing to take admission in IMT Ghaziabad Institute of Management Technology Ghaziabad. The cut off percentile of IMT Ghaziabad for 2020 was 93 .percentile. So your score do not favour or match with this percentile of marks.

So try for the next year.

At 130 marks in CMAT, you'll get a percentile around 70 to 75. With this score and percentile you'll not be able to get IMT Gaziabad as IMT gaziabad do not accept CMAT score also the cut off for gaziabad campus is more than 90 percentile. However, you can get a call from IMT Nagpur and IMT Hyderabad.

As you had done a distance certificate course of PGDM from IMT so you are not eligible for net exam on its basis.

Onlyits full time 2 years PGDM has MBA equivalence. To clear NET you need to have MBA or any masters degree or equivalent (in case of management education, AIU decides equivalence). IMT CDL is just a diploma and useful for gaining knowledge only. It does not have any academic or corporate value. IMT's full time PGDM has lot of corporate and academic value in contrary.

So it will be better if you do a degree course in masters like full time or part time mba from either IMT or any recognized university.
