Hello there. Hope you are doing good. I would like to tell you that Jagan Institute of Management Studies is a better option to pursue BBA course. JIMS is one of the top college of IP University to pursue BBA. The faculties, course curriculum, extra-curricular activities in JIMS makes JIMS college a better option. Also, the placements of the college are decent with job profiles in the field of Marketing, Sales, HR, Operations etc.
I hope you found this answer helpful. Good luck for your future.
Dear,
You didn't mentioned the course for which you have secured this rank and also the category you belong to. So, considering you general category and Delhi region and also considering B.tech course.
You have secured a decent rank in IPU entrance. But the admission to the spot round is purely based on the vacant seats in the particular course. You might get this college for some branches like IT, Mechanical, etc.
you have to participate in the spot round and try your luck.
Hope it Helps!

Hello student ,
Here I am comparing both through which you can compare and further you can go for -
1st -Galgotia: Good teaching, huge exposure, regular visits to industries, maximum co-curricular activities and also number of placement drives
2nd- JIMS: Teachers are good, exposure is limited, visits are average, co-curricular activities are less [in comparison to 1st], atmosphere is good.
Hope it helps !
Dear aspirant,
According to your question and taking into consideration that you have got a seat in bca in jims vasanth kunj and you want to know whether to participate in sliding round.
I would recommend you to participate in the sliding round because it is always smart to take up a chance whether you don't get or get the upgraded branch.
Greetings,
here is some basic information first:
In terms of fees:
JIMS - approx. 3.8 lacs for the course
DME - approx. 3.5 lacs
IMS - approx. 5.5 lacs per annum
Placements:
JIMS - this is a new college so only 2 batches have been placed so far with an average salary of around 5 lacs per annum
DME- very poor, many people opt for legal practice right out
IMS - average placements. the placement percentage is a bit low and here too the graduates prefer to go for practice.
Academics and Infrastructure:
- JIMS - while the infrastructure is pretty average the academic quality has been praised by current students.
- DME- Faculty here is hit or miss )some good, some not so good), infrastructure is pretty great.
IMS - Faculty has been highly praised amongst the current students, infrastructure is average.
So decide on these terms:
- affordability
- Your plans for future (if you want to go for placement then you can eliminate the college with poor placement)
- Personal interest:
as in, if you want to study in a college affiliated with IPU or not, etc.
Hope the answer helped, do not rush the decision, good luck!
The infrastructure at JIMS Rohini has been a great advantage for me. The classrooms are spacious and well-equipped with modern technology, which makes learning smooth and interactive. I spend a lot of time in the library, and having two well-stocked ones on campus is a huge help for my studies. The campus is clean, organized, and well maintained, and the canteen is one of my favorite places to relax with friends between classes.
JIMS Rohini has well-maintained infrastructure. Classrooms and library both have AC's Installed and the seating area is spacious. There is also a cafeteria to cater to the needs of the students and staff with fair-priced food.
The institute provides a well-groomed campus with air-conditioned classrooms, a digital library, and a language lab to assist in communication skills. The Wi-Fi campus provides a computer center and exclusive discussion rooms for group work and case study preparation.
