JNIAS provides a five-year Bachelor of Architecture programme with an approved annual intake of 60 students. The course is admitted meritoriously through NATA or JEE Main (paper B.Arch). The candidates have to clear 10+2 with mandatory subjects Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.

JNIAS School of Planning and Architecture M.Arch Construction Management Admission Process

M.Arch Construction Management is a two-year postgraduate programme with 20 student intake. Admission based on GATE or TS PGECET score. Candidate must possess a bachelor's degree in Architecture or allied field from any known institution.

JNIAS School of Planning and Architecture M.Arch Landscape Admission Process

M.Arch Landscape is the same as the two-year postgraduate programme with 20 student intake. Same admission procedure as M.Arch Construction Management course, placing weightage on GATE or TS PGECET score.
