Well the cut off for NRI category students goes low and admission becomes easy. Because of this the admission in any government college might be possible and as far as KMC Manipal is concerned, the cut off there is also pretty high because of which admission have moderate chances.

According to the ongoing information for OBC/SC/ST 40% is the passing and cut off scores are 133-107 and for OBC/SC/ST PH the passing percentile is 40% and cut off scores are 119-107.

Admission to KMC Mangalore is through All India Counselling for Deemed Universities. Reservations are not accounted in this counselling. In 2019, for getting a management seat in KMC Mangalore you have to have a score 550 and plus. At your brother’s marks, you can get NRI seat at KMC Mangalore which is very costly.
