KIPT Bangalore fitness centre boasts a well-equipped multi-gymnasium, catering to the needs of both students and the general public. These facilities are open for utilisation by all interested individuals.

The KIPT Bangalore offers three library facilities: one at the Banashankari campus, another in the KIMS block, and a reference library on-campus, providing access to books covering medicine and Physiotherapy. Additionally, students have access to a wide range of National and International Journals, as well as an exclusive collection of internationally recognised Physiotherapy books

The college provides well-equipped modern laboratories for all the departments. The laboratories are provided with advanced equipment and tools.

Five buses, one mini-bus, and two vans shuttle students between Banashankari campus, Hospital premises, and training centres. A mass transport service connects Vishweshwarapuram and Banashankari 2nd stage Pre-clinical campus, running mornings, lunchtime, and evenings, with a nominal fee.
