Though never been to college, due to online admission and classes, still as far as I have seen through google and youtube I found it pretty good and appropriate for academic purposes. And according to videos and images are seen it is good enough.
Due to covid, the classes are going online and it is not much fun and informative to attend. The professors are good enough and their teaching method is also good, but at the same time, there are professors who don't take their task seriously.
Since I am in my second year I can't really say anything about placements right now. But talking about placement cell it is amazing, we get some great opportunities for internships both paid and unpaid.
My course is very cost-efficient, and according to the cost it is really amazing.
The infrastructure here is quite average as compared to other DU colleges. I had Chemistry as my Major subject so I have spend a lot of time in labs and they don't have chairs for students to sit. We had to do all the experiments by standing for 4 hours straight. They don't even have proper cooling system for the labs and even for the classes. Other than that libraries are also not well maintained.
The faculty present here is highly educated and they teach very well and many of them are very co-operative also. The science faculty in KMC is considered as top 3 in North Campus. If you're thinking to go for research or something then you must join KMC because the faculty here is top notch.
There is no placements for Chemistry students as many of them go for further study only, But for other courses the placement cell work very actively and they even arrange internships for every field of students.
Well, basically infrastructure of college is too good and I love it as it has a great facilities and amenities of parking and I love almost all of this .and even this college has large number of classrooms which are very neat and clean
I m studying here because of educational benefits which are good at there and even I love to study there because of the teachers and even they all had the great studies like PhD and msc I think they also have great knowledge about subjects
Well basically the placement facilities are to good there and it fees is just 7000per year it usually contains a large number of students every year and I think its beneficial for students as they can study foreign with the help of this type of colleges
I think it's a great value for money as we usually spend less amount of money and we gain a lot of knowledge from there
The campus life is also to good as I enjoyed it a lot
I have very good experience which I gained from there...
College infrastructure is okay-ish. I am a student of humanities so don't use laboratories and all. Library is good, library lawn is better XD. There's a gym which is free for the students. There's also a sports complex. I pretty much enjoyed that space. Canteen is also good. There's also a stationary /Xerox shop in the college campus. WiFi, Lifts are also there. College is differently abled friendly.
The curriculum of DU is one of the best in India in my opinion. The teaching is wholesome. The professors connect the syllabus with the recent developments which makes it easier to understand the concepts
I myself did not apply for the placement. I had reasons. I'm not sure whether there's a good placement in our department. Although I've heard about other departments like Economics, physics and all and they have really good placements.
I pay around 11k-12k per annum for my course and I feel more or less satisfied. The professors are really good, so is the curriculum. The reading materials are available in the college stationary shop and trust me on this it is the compilation of one of best sources in the world.
Campus life is one of the best part of the college. DU north campus has its own vibe, its own culture. KMC and other colleges are located in the university enclave which is the most chilled place I've ever been to. If you ask me what is the best thing ever happened to me, DU campus any day!
Take admission in any of the college of North Campus, if you can. It's a different world.
The college has a very old building. The overall infrastructure is average according to other colleges of Delhi University. The classrooms are clean and the food is hygienic as well. There is a boys hostel as well but no girls hostel yet. There is proper library and sports centre as well. They all are very well maintained. There are no smartclasses but there is a computer lab and other labs as well. The laen is really beautiful and there is a parking facility as well in college premises. Thanks.
I studied B.com hons and the quality of teaching is good. All the commerce faculty is very well qualified and the teachers are very helpful as well. Overall the academics is good of this college. The study makes us job ready as well.
The placements are very good in this college. All the big 4 conpanies and consulting companies come to hire students. They hire a lot of talented students. The placement committee is really good of the college.
Yes the college have necessary infrastructure and infrastructure. Yes libraries with huge quantities of books, proper hostels, wifi facilities and beautiful cafetaria. Garden with beautiful art & design crafted. Throughout the campus is green and beautiful no hygiene issues.
Bachelor of Arts ,here the quality of teaching is good. No it requires little more attention to get updated, lot of the things are as conventional. No didn't get to be job ready but club & different activities made me quite ready for par Time self earning.
Not so much but as average campusing is there. It is around 2 to 4 lakh per annum. As gov system litttle slow and take much time in any kind of process work so I feel little non supportive from college side
10000 yearly Yes worthy investment
Cultural fest, different competition
The college of full of facilities like hi tech laboratories, library, gym, hostel (for selective students), and only my class have Air conditioner, there is 6 chemistry labs with all type of apparatus and facilities, projector boards. Most interesting is the space where the students can hangout or chill in free time. ?
Almost all the faculties are very frank and they are just like our Guardians, the education level is so good. There are several types of societies which enhances yours inner capabilities in your field like dancing, singing, debate, acting, modeling , writing and many more. In one word this is an all rounder college.
Depends on your curriculum and your grades . If grades are average then it is more than sufficient but one should have a good and well achieve academic status curriculum wise. And anyone from any stream can get placement if above criteria is fullfilled.
It has all necessary amenities like Library , ICT lab, WiFi, classroom, labs, and projectors are well maintained. utmost care is given towards to maintain hygienic environment. The canteen food is really good and quite cheap.
I pursued my masters from KMC because of the quality of teaching. The curriculums are updated regularly according to the recent developments. There are several courses which makes students job ready in their respective fields. The professors are great at their job and very supportive.
Quality of Placement is quite decent. All most 50-60% students were placed during covid and the highest salary package offered was 15.0 LPA. Average salary offered in the range of 5-6 LPA. Placement cell works hard.
My course costed around 14k per year, which in my opinion is pretty cheap considering the quality of education and placements. I got a job offer during the course of my study so I think I totally got my money's worth.
Campus Life at KMC is pretty good too. The teachers are students are very supportive. I made amazing friends in the two years of my course. Location could not be any better. Easy bike rides and tuk tuks.
Kirori Mal College has all the necessary infrastructure like library, wifi connectivity, good canteen, and a very big okay ground. Also all the laboratories and classrooms are well equipped with latest technologies. And proper hygiene standards are maintained.
I'm studying Masters in Operational Research, and the teaching faculty is also very well knowledgeable about the curriculum. Yes the course curriculum is fully updated with latest trends of the respective industries. Yes the course curriculum prepare students to perform well in the Market.
