Merit of performance in JEECUP examination is the basis of admission. The total fee for this diploma programme of three years is Rs 90,450.

Diploma in Mechanical Production Engineering: 30 seats are available for this course in LIET, which is mechanical engineering-based, with production methods given importance. Similar to the Electrical Engineering diploma, admission in this course also depends on a candidate's rank in JEECUP. The total fee for this three-year-duration diploma course is Rs 90,450.
