Diploma

Should have passed the 10th Std./ SSC examination. In special cases, 2 years of experience after the 10+2 Examination or equivalent are required. 


For Lateral Entry: Must have passed 10+2 with Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects along with Mathematics/Biology subject.


OR


Should have passed 10+2 Science (with Mathematics as one of the Subjects) or 10+2 Science with a Technical Vocational subject.


OR


Should have completed 10+(2 years ITI) with appropriate Trade in that order and shall be eligible for admission to the Second Year Diploma Course(s) of the appropriate Programme.

B.Tech

Should have passed 10+2 with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects, with one of these – Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Biology/ Technical Vocational subject/ Computer Science/ IT/ Informatics Practices/ Agriculture/ Engineering Graphics/ Business Studies, and obtained at least 45% marks in the above subjects taken together + UPCET scores.


OR


Must have passed a Diploma (in Engineering and Technology) with at least 45% marks, subject to vacancies in the first year, in case the vacancies at lateral entry are exhausted.


For Lateral Entry: Must hold a Diploma in any branch of Engineering and Technology, with a minimum of 45% marks.


OR


Must have passed a B.Sc. Degree from a recognised University, with at least 45% marks, and passed 10+2 with Mathematics as a subject. Candidates should have cleared the subjects Engineering Graphics/ Engineering Drawing and Engineering Mechanics of the First-Year Engineering Programme along with the Second-year subjects. B.Sc. students shall be considered only after filling the supernumerary seats in this category with students belonging to the Diploma stream.


OR


Must have passed D.Voc. Stream in the same or allied sector.

MBA

Should have completed a Bachelor’s Degree, with a minimum of 50% marks (through UPSEE), and 50% marks (direct admission) + UPCET scores.


Note: SC/ST candidates will be provided with a relaxation of 5% marks in the qualifying examination.
