    Mahatma Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences Sevagram offers a range of facilities to enhance the student experience.     • Boys Hostel

      The college provides a hostel to its boys students for accommodation. MGIMS hostel facilities are well-maintained. The hostel rooms are spacious and well-ventilated. Also, the hostel has mess and canteen facilities for students and faculty. 

    • Girls Hostel

      The college also provides accommodation facilities for girls students also in its campus. Students get the meals in the hostel mess. MGIMS hostel facilities are spacious and well-maintained. 

    • Medical/Hospital

      The medical facilities are also provided to the college’s students. A healthcare centre with first-aid medical facilities is available at the MGIMS Sevagram campus. 

    • Gym

      The gym facilities are also available for the students. The gym is housed with all facilities. The gym is equipped with training equipment like treadmills, exercise machines and rowing machines.

    • Library

      The college’s Dr APJ Abdul Kalam library is spread across 16,000 square feet. MGIMS library facilities feature a waiting area, lounge chairs, sofas and cushioned tiered reading spaces for its students and faculty. The library also has an audio-visual room, a group discussion room, computer section, a reprography area, areas for study and a cafeteria. The entire library area is Wi-Fi enabled. The college’s central library plays a crucial role to assist every department to carry out its programme and adequately serve the information needs and requirements of the faculty members, research scholars, postgraduates and undergraduates. The library is a hub of national and international journals.

    • Sports

      MGIMS sports facilities include indoor and outdoor sports facilities for the students. The sports facilities provided are a volleyball ground, a badminton court and table tennis courts.

      The IT infrastructure of the college is excellent and well-maintained. It enables the students to use the latest technology and be familiar with it.

    Being a medical college , the medical facilities provided to the students are the best. There are classrooms and seminar halls. The sports facility is also good. There is a library and a common study room also. There are separate hostels and gym for both girls and boys. The mess food is average.
