Your category rank is 66540 in JEE mains it is quite very difficult to get a seat in the above institutes mentioned. Even though you try through the OBC category there are very less chances to get allotted because these institutes need a good rank to get allotted even though you have reservation. And these institutes have around 10-15% of seats only reserved.

firstly, congrats on getting such a good percentile in your Jee mains examination and i would let you know that as you have not mentioned your category so it would be difficult to tell you about the seats availability in MGIT Hyderabad and Kakatiya University but if you have general category then you may go to the 2nd or 3rd counceling to get desired branch and if OBC or other category then you can get desired college and branch even in first try.

Yes you can purchase seats in MGIT & CBIT colleges through management quota. If you want to book your seat in MGIT and CBIT colleges then you have to pay extra fees for admission in this colleges to the the brokers who to help to get a seat through management quota. but if you want to get admission normally then you have to crack the respective exams for these colleges. Obviously, Vellore Institute of Technology(VIT), Vellore has good placement record as compared to Mahatma Gandhi Institute of Technology(MGIT), Hyderabad.

VIT has higher average salary packages for both B.Tech and M.Tech than MGIT.

Mahatma Gandhi Institute of Technology (MGIT) has higher rating than Muffakham Jah College of Engineering and Technology (MJCET).

MGIT is better than MJCET  with respect to placement, environment and academics.
