The Mandya Institute of Medical Sciences offers a number of UG, PG and Diploma courses. Candidates are advised to go through the MIMS eligibility criteria before applying to any of these courses. The total number of courses offered at MIMS is 21. The courses are offered in various streams such as bachelors and masters in Medicine and Surgery as well as Diploma courses in Health Inspector, Medical Laboratory Technology, Operation Theatre Technology, Medical Record Technology, Ophthalmic Technology and X-Ray Technology. Please note that the duration of Diploma courses in MIMS Mandya is different for students from different categories. Students who have qualified PUC will have a course duration of 2 years, whereas SSLC qualified students will have a course duration of 3 years. All the courses offered at the MIMS need to be pursued in full time mode.

The fee structure for mbbs in mandya institute of medical sciences, mandya for 4.5 years and 1 year compulsory internship for 2020 admission is as follows:-
academic fee - around 20,000 per year
security fee - 10,000 to be payed at the time of admission
Hostel fee - around 2000 per annum
