24 MonthsMaster of Computer Applications (MCA) is a two-year full-time postgraduate Course offered by Mangalore Institute of Technology and Engineering, Mangalore recognized by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and affiliated to Visvesvaraya Technological University, Belagavi.
Eligibility Criteria
Passed BCA/ Bachelor Degree in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent Degree
OR
Passed B.Sc/ B.Com./ B.A. with Mathematics at 10+2 level or at Graduation Level (with additional bridge Courses as per the norms of the concerned University) Obtained at lease 50% marks (45% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in the qualifying Examination.
Admission Details
There shall be an Entrance Examination (PGCET) for admission to the MCA Programmer. A Candidate seeking admission to MCA Programme shall appear for this examination. For admission under Government quota, ranks obtained in PGCET entrance exam, conducted by Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) shall be considered.
