The Madras Institute of Technology, Chennai is a very good university for CSE. It is on number 8th in the engineering top ten universities in India. (according to NIRF 2018) I would suggest if you can, you should go for MIT chennai.

Good food is provided in hostel canteen or mess, and weekly 3 days medical facilities are available. Annual sports and games competition are conducted between branches, and high-speed Wi-Fi connections are also provided. Air-conditioners in all classrooms and projectors in each class.

We have all the infrastructure available, such as Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, and libraries. As I'm a day scholar, I know the facilities in the hostels, such as Wi-Fi facilities, hot water, clothes washing, and so on. The food is absolutely good and tasty.
