Marathwada Mitra Mandal's College of Architecture, Pune, is one of the most reputed institutions for architectural studies. It is located in the heart of Pune and is affiliated with the Council of Architecture and NAAC accredited for quality education. MMCOA offers a 5-year, Full-Time Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) course that usually admits 80 students per year for the state of Maharashtra.
The admission procedures are conducted through the State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra State. While most of the applicants are considered Maharashtra state students, only 2% are admitted on seats offered by outside states. The college admits scores of two well-known entrance exams, that is, National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) and Joint Entrance Examination (JEE Main).
The academic year at MMCOA generally commences around August-September. The dates, however, might be slightly different; therefore, it is solely on behalf of the candidates to visit the official website of the State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra State, for updates on application deadlines, entrance examination dates, and the date announcement for results.
Application Process
The B. Arch application process is as follows:
1. Appear for either NATA or JEE Main (Paper 2) examination.
2. Register with the centralized admission process at the Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test Cell.
3. Fill out the online application form introduced in the State CET Cell's website.

6. Attend the document verification process as per the schedule notified by the State CET Cell.
7. If shortlisted, participate in central counseling rounds for seat allotment.
8. Report to MMCOA to complete admission formalities, including final fee payment and document submission, upon obtaining a seat.
Degree wise Admission Process
B-Arch: The 5year program offered in architecture by the institution has an intake of 80 students. The basis for admission into the aforementioned B-Arch program shall be the merit secured by the applicant in either NATA or JEE Main (Paper 2-B.Arch/B.Planning) with eligibility criteria being provided below:
The selection will be by the Centralized Admission Rounds conducted by the State cell. All the short-listed candidates will be subjected to a counseling process whereby seats will be allotted accordingly based on merit, category, and availability.
