The facilities at MSM are well established, with a PGDM school independent of the rest of the institution with advanced classrooms with projectors and smart boards. The staff includes experienced professionals from industries with decent industry backgrounds. Interactive learning strategies such as business simulation, live projects, and case studies are adopted by them for learning. Course content is industry-oriented with applicability for practice and developing analyzing skills for the students.

Best companies to get placed at are HDFC Bank, KPMG, and Deloitte. Best jobs provided are Business Analyst, Marketing Manager, and Growth Lead. 80-90% of the students are placed as an internship in the company where they have done their specialization. I got selected as a Growth Lead at Addrs Lab, and my college played a major part in shaping my career.

The career service department keeps interacting well with quality companies and prepares the students to perform well during interviews and corporate positions. I was placed as an HR Executive in ACS Pvt. Ltd. due to systematic training and guidance offered by the institute.

Excellent infrastructure is made available for management students here. Wi-Fi connectivity is accessible on the campus. Finance and Marketing Labs offer facilities for hands-on practice of data analysis and business simulations. Projectors are available in the classrooms, and case studies, industry reports, and business journals are made available through the library. Seminar halls and conference rooms facilitate regular guest lectures and corporate interactions.

A few students in our PGDM batch received placements in top companies. Recruiters like Kotak Mahindra Bank, Bajaj Finserv, EY, and Reliance Retail visit campus. A few of the students also opt for higher studies or entrepreneurship. Internships play a very crucial role in skill development—I received a management trainee role at Wise Finserv, which helped me learn skills in financial analysis and client handling. Now, I work at IBM, applying my business strategy and consulting skills.

The infrastructure is well maintained and planned, although the campus area is small. The labs are well equipped with latest computers, and the library has all the course materials necessary for academic assistance. The hostel infrastructure is well maintained and provides a quiet and comfortable living environment, with good quality food being provided in the mess.

The staff of the faculty are qualified, experienced, and warm. The teaching is of a good quality and the course syllabus is industry-focused. Practical learning experience is included in the course syllabus to make the students industry-fit. The semester exams are of appropriate university standard, being demanding for the students but fair to judge them on.

The college has good placement records with top companies visiting the campus annually. The college provides pre-placement training sessions to assist students in achieving the required skills. Personally, I was placed as a Research Associate with Jesper Colin Research through campus placements, and with the experience, I am now an Associate Project Manager at Rakuten Insights. The institute not only assists students in getting job placements and internships but also gives career counseling for corporate world growth.

The institute offers well-equipped infrastructure, including all time medical facilities, high-speed internet access, well-furnished labs, and updated classrooms that are conducive to learning. The library is also well-stocked with necessary academic literature, and it becomes easy for the students.

The average offers are between 6-8 LPA, lowest being 3 LPA and highest being 15 LPA (although this year it was approximately 12 LPA). The placement cell is very active and keeps the students well prepared by conducting workshops, mock interviews, and activity-related exercises which add highly to employability.

The college has good infrastructure with well-equipped classrooms and labs. Wi-Fi is available in some areas, making it easier for students to work. The library has a vast collection of books, and the hostel provides all the necessary facilities like Ac, Water coolers, nice bathrooms Overall, the campus environment is student-friendly.

The faculty members are knowledgeable, supportive, and experienced. The course curriculum is well-structured and aligns with industry requirements. Exams are fair and help students develop a strong grasp of their subjects. The pass percentage is around 35%,

Around 70-90% of students at MSM secured placements in reputed companies last year. However, placements for my batch have not been as strong, with only a few students getting placed so far. The highest salary package offered goes up to 8-10 LPA, while the average package ranges from 3-5 LPA. Some of the top recruiting companies include HDFC Bank, Bajaj Finance, Deloitte, and other financial and marketing firms. I have been selected as an Audit Intern at Sohan Lal Company, which has provided me with valuable industry exposure.

The teachers are very experienced and cooperative. They use a mixture of traditional teaching and smart board interactive classes to engage students in the process of learning. The curriculum for the PGDM course is well-structured and follows industry trends and real-world applications. The exams are logically structured, checking the class room material, which is quite helpful for facilitating the success of the students.

Top recruitment firms-Pre-interview talks are provided by the companies as companies like HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, Deloitte and other marketing and financial firms. Top recruitment jobs include Business Development Executive, Financial Analyst, Marketing Associate, and Management Trainee. Slightly 85-90% of students get internships during the course, and nearly 65% of our students were placed in top-class leading companies.

Infrastructure here is good. Every department has separate labs with new technology. Classrooms are well ventilated, large, and equipped with projectors. As a hosteler, I can ensure that the hostel is cozy, with well-furnished rooms and proper hygiene. Food quality is average, but not excellent at times. Hostel life is nice, and proper discipline is followed. Sports facilities for cricket, badminton, and basketball are available, which keep the students active.

The course curriculum is well organized and industry-oriented, enabling the student to tackle actual problems. Semester exams are moderately tough, but it is simple to score well with regular hard work.The faculties are professional, experienced, and prompt in responding to support.

I don't know the percentage, but nearly all students of our senior batch , get placements. Only students with very low CGPA have problems. Deloitte, HDFC Bank, ICICI, and Infosys are some of the top recruiters. The highest package was around 18 LPA, and the average was 6-8 LPA. The lowest package is usually 2-3 LPA.

College infrastructure has all the facilities for the students, a very well organized library, classrooms with AC and WIFI, 24x7 Electricity and Medical services, bus service and the sports ground which enhance the beauty of the campus.

The faculty of the college is really good currently i am pursuing my PGDM from here and felt that i am studying from best teachers till now, they are reay to help the students in every need, mobile phone are also allowed to.use and do modern studies with Technology.

Placements cell is active and seeks job opportunities for their students i am a fresher in the college and does not have proper experience but from the record aprrox 70 percent students got selection in good companies every year.

Infrastructure of the college is really very amazing and magnificent in all terms like the college looks very beautiful with green gardens, new modern buildings and all the required facilities like WIFI, Canteen, Grounds, Smart classes, and even Transport service is also provided by the college.

The college have best teachers in meerut, they are very professional and have a helping nature, industrial visits, seminars, webinars and guests lectures guides students in a good direction. Curriculum is based on industry needs.

Placements from the campus is absolutely good and as a pgdm student i am in first year and seeing my seniors placed in reputed companies so i will also get one best job for me next year, college highest packages ranges between 7-10 Lakh per year while the average is nearby 5 LPA.
