Everything is fine, but hostelers were strict, and all security measures are taken in mind. The food quality is also fine, and the menu is changed on a regular basis. Clean and fresh environment is provided by the campus.
Faculties are awesome in my college. The difficulty of the semester exams depends on the hard work of the student. 33% is required to pass the examination. In conclusion, if you want to do anything good in your career, you have to work hard for yourself. Faculties were amazing.
About 80-85% of students get placed. The highest package is 24 LPA, and the average is 7 LPA. Overall, placements are good. It basically depends on your opportunities and hard work. If you want to get a placement, you have to be good in your studies and extracurriculars for good or best placement.
The MSM Meerut infrastructure is good enough for the BCA course. The college has several academic blocks, computer labs, and classrooms that are well maintained. Connectivity through Wi-Fi is available and computer labs for practical sessions are open to students.
Moreover, the faculty members are highly qualified and always ready to help. In general, teachers possess good knowledge of the subjects and make an effort to provide the clarity of the concepts, especially in programming subjects like C, Java, and Python. Besides internal assessments, assignments, lab work, and presentations are also regularly conducted.
About 55–60% of the students succeed in getting a job by the end of the course. Usually, the highest package that goes up to 6–7 LPA is given to the students who have excellent technical skills. The average package is around 3–4 LPA. While the lowest packages are between 2–2.5 LPA.
The labs were well-equipped for management-related practical work, and all necessary teaching tools were available. Classrooms were spacious, well-ventilated, and had projectors, which was a valuable feature at that time. The library was one of the best parts of the campus.
The faculty members during our time were supportive and dedicated. They helped us understand new concepts with practical examples and provided insights based on their industry experience. Even during busy times, like semester-end rush or placement preparation, teachers worked hard to guide us.
The opportunities were good, and many students secured decent salary packages for that era. The course provided clarity about corporate expectations and encouraged some students to explore entrepreneurship, which several of my classmates pursued later.
The place to learn here is not only for the college but also for the overall personality development. The library is equipped with projectors and updated books on business management, entrepreneurship, economics, and finance are available.
Teachers here are a great help to students and they are ever willing to attend to their students' needs. To make their point clear, they make use of PPTs, provide more examples and have a question and answer session with the class.
The types of open positions available are from mid-level corporate firms and domestic business organizations, which offer moderate packages. In short, few foreign companies are hiring for BBA. Students who are skill-focused and upgrade themselves with certifications or internships are the ones who get better chances.
MSM has equipped itself with all the basic facilities required for professional learning. The classrooms are well-ventilated and have projectors. The library stocks business and management books along with other reference materials. There are also high-speed computer labs for research and assignments.
The faculty members at the Master School of Management are very helpful and possess good academic qualifications. They use industrial real-life examples so that students find it easy to grasp the theoretical part. We are motivated to clarify our doubts and discuss the case studies in the class.
The placement cell works hard to attract companies and provide great opportunities for the students. In our batch, a lot of well-known corporate companies like HDB Financial Services, PolicyBazaar, Naukri.com, and Future Generali came to our college for recruitment drives.
The classrooms are decent but are not fully smart or digital. The library is well-maintained and regularly updated. The quality of the canteen food is average and fine. The campus has no proper mess or medical facilities; however, an ambulance is provided by the government in case of emergencies.
Teachers put the concepts in the teaching very clearly. However, a course by itself does not prepare the students for the industry, hence, higher studies are more or less compulsory for career growth. The course is updated as per the industry norms.
It hardly happens that a company visits for BBA students only, and we majority have to plan our studies like we will do an MBA or prepare for competitive exams after graduation. The college doesn't arrange the internships, and the students have to seek them in the market.
The campus is well-maintained and hygienic, and hostel facilities are safe and reasonable, particularly for outstation students. It is a 24x7 safe, ragging-free campus. The mess provides food that is nutritious, hygienic, and prepared considering the nutritional requirements, which is of prime importance to student residents.
The majority of the teachers have M.Ed and PhD qualifications and make sure the students are adequately equipped with classroom management, pedagogy, and curriculum planning. The course is industry-oriented and has elective subjects such as school internship, ICT in teaching, and inclusive education that prepare the students for live teaching projects and industry as well as make them confident.
B.Ed graduates are selected for assignments including teaching, academic coordination, and educational counseling. Mock interviews and training sessions are organized by the placement cell so that students may be easily hired.
MSM has the best infrastructure in meerut as the college has all the hi tech facilities including smart boards , high speed wifi and smart projectors in every class , for summers Ac are installed in all the classrooms and the proper hygiene is maintained all over the campus .
The college have the best teachers in terms lf providing quality content to their children and most of them are qualified from top level university, the curriculum matches the industry requirements and many seminars and other sessions are conducted for the students welfare.
I am saying honestly that the placement is not good or not upto the mark for the Bba Students, the college is mainly famous for the placement of PGDM or MBA program but Bba placement records are not good only certain companies are interested for grabbing the Bachelors from the campus.
The facilities here are actually quite good and well-maintained. There are good sports spaces, such as badminton courts and a football ground, and the auditorium is air-conditioned with ample space for events. Classrooms are clean and equipped with projectors, which makes learning much more interactive and seamless. The only downside is the hostel – it is functional, but the rooms could do with a bit more upkeep, and the washrooms could do with a bit more regular cleaning.
The faculty here is very supportive and possesses a lot of industry knowledge, especially finance, marketing, and analytics. They actually concentrate on case studies and real-life experience instead of strictly adhering to theory, which totally helps you grasp the essence of real business things. You can expect regular workshops, guest lectures, and presentations that are in sync with the industry happenings.
The college has a good placement record, with about 90% of students being placed every year. The maximum package they've offered is about 12 LPA, and the minimum is about 3.5 LPA. HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, Deloitte, and Axis Bank are some of the major names who visit here for finance, marketing, HR, and ops positions. I actually got a position at Yes Bank as a Senior Manager with a 5 LPA package, which was a great thing. The placement cell is very active and keeps everyone updated about interviews, internships, and which companies are visiting.
Wi-Fi connectivity is available in the campus, computer labs are well-maintained, digital classrooms, and a good library and medical facility are also available on call. Sports facilities, a canteen, and hostel facilities are also available at the campus. The classrooms are also digitalized and spacious for learning. Hostel rooms are tidy, nicely furnished, and the management takes a close eye on food hygiene and quality both in the mess and canteen.
Professors method of teaching is practical and makes use of case studies, industry projects, and live discussions. The faculty is robust and makes sure the course structure is completed in entirety with additional exposure through guest lectures and workshops. The curriculum of PGDM is well-designed and offers good industry orientation, enabling the students to keep pace with the latest business practices.
Approximately 60-70% of students were placed. Salary packages given varied from ₹1.2 LPA to ₹3.75 LPA. Some of the visiting companies are HDFC Bank, ICICI Prudential, Reliance Retail, WNS Global Services, and Tech Mahindra. I myself was shortlisted at Jesper Colin Research as a Research Associate, corresponding to my specialisation. 100% internships were also ensured by the college so that students could attain hands-on exposure.
