college classrooms are too small with old wooden desks .but the auditorium and canteen are good .There is no ground . Library is good and well maintained.overall its has good infrastructure but need to change classrooms.
I am studying bcom hons here ,faculty is really nice and understanding. The teachers are sweet and soft spoken it has various vocational courses as well. library has all the books necessary and keeps on updating.
i dont know much about placement because am in first year right now but college has provided a lot of internship opportunity with well known companies and also the placement cell keeps on encouraging students
my course is bcom hons and the fees was around 19000 amd its value for money as faculty is really nice.Teachers are really good and the aura is also nice. Library provides most of the books and keeps on updating.
the college area is really nice its in Connaught place and it has metro connectivity as well ito metro station is at the distance of 5 walking minutes and college has gurudwara and canteen which are the most visited place.
i would like to end it with a positive review that it is a good women's college .All the faculty members are supportive and are always helping . we have alot of societies and events. we gain practical knowledge
Mata Sundri college have all the facilities and equipment which is necessary for the students. The classrooms are well built according to the strength and are in a good condition. The top floor classes are fully air conditioned. The library is well maintained and always available with daily magazines and newspapers. The corridors , classrooms are cleaned on a daily basis and the best part of this college is cafeteria apart from all these , food provided by the canteen is also very good.
I am pursuing bcom(p) in this college. The college has highly educated teachers with PhDs in their field. The teaching skills of every teacher are much better than any other ordinary teacher. Due to covid, all the classes are held online, but we didn't face any problems because we have good teachers. They make us understand things in a very good manner. The curriculum of this course is designed by Delhi University. Each semester has 4 subjects, 2 core subjects, 1 language subject and 1 AECC.
In our college, placement opportunities are provided for final year students only. Internship opportunities are available for all years of the course. Only less percentage, or around 20%-30% of students, get placements or placed in good companies. The highest salary package offered here is around 5 LPA-6 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is around 2 LPA The average salary package offered is 3.5 LPA. Companies such as Blue-Leaves Community, Collegedunia, Propacity, Unschool and many more
The cost of the course per year is 19000 to 23000.yes I feel that I am getting my money's worth because of the best faculty that college is providing.
Sorry I can't explain my experience because till.now I never visit the college of the pandemic. But ya the location around the college was safe.
Overall the college is best.....
I don't think the infrastructure of the college is much desiring . It does have good canteen but nothing special about the college in terms of infrastructure. There is also a gurudwara in the college .
I am pursuing bcom Hons and I'm in my 2nd semester ...I must say the faculty here is really good .. too supportive , inspiring and knowledgeable staff is here .. teachers are more like friends to the students .
I really don't know exactly about the placement of the college as I'm a first year student ..but I think that really depends on the students calibre on the placement . Although placement is pretty good.
Fees for whole year in bcom Hons course is around forty thousands and I think it's pretty affordable for lower section of the society's to pay this amount . I think the college is good enough and values the money.
I haven't been in college since the corona pandemic started .so I've never experienced the campus life ..but the I guess it's pretty cool not avoiding the fact that it's near cp in delhi .. which makes the after college life quite interesting.
I am a second year Bcom prog. student. My experience of studies were good. The teachers are amazing the way they teach is commendable. They are always ready to support and help their students regarding studies. yes the curriculum is updated.
I don't have that much knowledge about the placements as I wasn't involved into it. but I do know that students get to know about the placements through whatsapp group messages and there is a placement cell too regarding placement related queries.
My course cost is between 17k-19k and i feel that the fee is affordable. After seeing the facilities of college i would say that yes its kind of worth.
There are so many opportunities for participating in extra curricular activities. The students of this college are self centered. Students can get themselves engaged in sports, dance, drama whichever field they like .There are different societies like drama society, invictus specific for commerce department. there are additional courses too like learning foreign languages. The college is located in a very safe area surrounded by district court.
Infrastructure of the college is satisfactory. They are also building new classrooms. It also has a auditorium with well centralised AC. The overall infra is good but there still scope for improvement related to repair and maintenance.
I graduated from b.com. The quality of teaching which is provided is best. The faculty of the college is up to the mark. What I studied(b.com)does make me job ready but obviously not for a upper level of job.
It's average. There are very few students who got placement. The salary offered for our course was between 3-5 Lakh p.a. The position offered was mostly clerical. Being just a b.cim student one cannot get a placement in college placement in a reputed company.
The course cost per year was approximately 20000. I feel that it was worth the money. I guess all the college in DU are worth the money that they charge.
There are various societies for dance, drama, literature, etc. And there is department wise societies also. The teachers students and staff are very supportive there. Talking about the location, I think it has a perfect location it is near CP and it is located at ITO. It is definitely safe.
Infrastructure was good but I think it could be more better and enhanced, small places should be built for students who wants to study as personal books are not allowed in the library so more places should be available for those who really wish to study
In terms of academic it is amazing but choices should be more liberal and students should given the choices for the subjects which is helpful for their future and more vocational education should be added and extra language should be provided at low fees ,teachers are amazing they were hard working, and polite
As I am a student who passed out in 2020 during the time of pandemics so I think they should provide placements even to these batch who passed in 2020 ,so I don't have much idea about the placement but they should offer to those who were unable to grab the opportunities during pandemic and now they should be offered the chance for the placement
Our college was a bit expensive as compared to other Delhi university should lower the fees and for general categories also fees should be lower as not all are same and fees for the foreign language should be lower
College should add more trips related to subjects and topics which is being taught at the campus and should provide tours to students and practical work should be more
Placemat should be given more even to those who didn't get because of the pandemic and past out in 2020
The mata sundri college have all the necessary infrastructure and all the necessary facilities. The classroom, library, sports centre ,gym, canteen, computer labs are very well maintained and hygienic. The living space also well clean and their food is also hygienic.
The experience of studies were good! The teachers are also good at teaching and they also support and help their students if they need or ask something regarding their studies. Overall the study experience was nice.
The placements are fine! Students get to know about placements through there WhatsApp group messages like that's how I get to know about the placements. And the college is kind of fine at support for the placements things.
My course cost was between 16-19k . And I feel it is little bit extra for what we are getting. But I am happy with my experience. It's kind of worth and for me the best part of college is their canteen and library.
Yes my college has all the facilities which are necessary for a student. The classrooms are well managed according to the strength of the students and some are air conditioned. The library is well managed according to the subjects (weekly magazines and daily newspapers included) and fully centralized air conditioned. Classrooms has smart boards. The living spaces are cleaned on a daily basis and food hygiene is also very good. There were never any health related issues.
I was pursuing BA Programme (history and political science) as I have interests in humanities and want to go forward into civil services. The teachers are regular and has a great way of explaining the topics. Yes the curriculum is up to date.
I wasn't involved much in the placement related things but the alumni board attracted me for sure. There is a placement cell regarding placement related queries in my college. The college is very supportive towards their students for placement.
The best feature is that there is greenery and it is well managed. The worst feature is that the parking is constructed in the college campus which occupies very much space. The students are self centred. The surrounding area includes a very large numbers of government official buildings and the Delhi police headquarters are right near the college. It is a very shielded area.
My all over experience is excellent. I get to know about many other things related to carrier, personality development etc from seniors and teachers. The farewell, freshers party and fests are held regularly.
Due to this pandemic I haven't been to college yet but as far as I have seen on the internet, our college have all the basic infrastructure. I have seen on the internet that it consists of sports section, library is the best part of it and classrooms are also in a good condition with appropriate ventilation and furniture. So over-all it is quite nice.
I'm studying B.El.Ed which is a 4- year integrated professional course.. The teaching staff is quite good and quality of education is nice. Yes I'm sure that what we are studying will make us job ready.
Not much idea... Because I have never been to college due to the pandemic but I have heard that the placement cell is quite good. Some seniors do tell that people come from outside from different schools and companies to recruit and hire girls from our college.
My fees for one year is around 23000-24000 which is a nominal amount and affordable but it shouldn't be increased more than this for this course.
No experience..Not been to college
No experience..Only online experience
The college has an amazing library. It has other things like smart classes, cafeteria, gym, auditorium, etc. They are very well maintained and clean. The corridors are always clean and the infrastructure is disabled friendly which makes it impressive.
I am studying B. El. Ed. because i want to become an educator in future. The quality of teaching is better than i expected. This course has everything you need to become an amazing teacher. Also, they keep updating the course so that it stays ulto date.
I don't have much to say about placements because I don't have anything to do with it. I have to clear government exam in order to get a job. But i think that my college offers great placements to children in need.
It wasn't very expensive coming from a government college. It costs something around 22 thousand per year and yes it's worth the money.
I haven't really been able to experience college life yet sadly but still in an online mode, i really enjoy the company of my friends and teachers. All the teachers are super supportive and kind. We have a special committee to handle emergencies too. So to sum it up, I'm really happy with my college.
Love it! Can't wait for college to re-open so that i can experience life on-campus.
