Mata Sundri College for Women, New Delhi Facilities Details: Hostel, Campus, Infrastructure, Library, Canteen

Mata Sundri College for Women provides medical care is given to students in the Medical Room. The medical room is well equipped with a surgical bed, Blood Pressure apparatus, and Weighing Machine. First Aid and Primary medical care are given to students in the medical room. A qualified lady doctor is available in the college on all working days to provide medical aid to students. Besides this, in case of emergencies, Maulana Azad Medical College and Lok Nath Jai Prakash Hospital are within an approachable distance of the college.

The library occupies a place of pride in Mata Sundri College. It is one of the most significant assets of the college. A spacious and comfortable reading room with an ample seating arrangement is the joy of students who would like to study, refer to, and read. Free and ready access to the internet (via wi-fi) for students and faculty has made it possible for colleges to reach higher and global levels of education.

A new sports complex has been constructed with the facilities of a green room, changing rooms and toilets. New modern equipment including treadmill code pro 7900, cross trainer 8809, Spine Bike M5809A, Standing Twister, new Judo Mats, New Badminton Poles, etc. has been added to the gymnasium.

The cafeteria serves affordable hygienically prepared meals, snacks, and drinks. An ideal and comfortable place for arousing one's appetite, and the free exchange of thoughts and ideas, the cafeteria also helps to create wonderful college memories lasting a lifetime.

Auditorium offers a platform for the students to bring out their creative talents and augment their communication skills. It is named after Mata Sahib Kaur Ji, the spiritual mother of Khalsa. It is fully air-conditioned and has enough seating capacity. It is a hub of all cultural activities and mega-events. The auditorium comprises the latest lighting arrangements, a control room for facilitating recording and multimedia projections, and a well-equipped audio system. A number of green rooms are available backstage.

The college has Punjab & Sind Bank has a branch within the college premises and provides all banking facilities to the staff and students of the college.

Mata Sundri College for Women has a Gym facility for the students. The gym helps students to maintain physical fitness and mental well-being.

The psychology department has three fully AC laboratories, each equipped with LCD Projectors, computers, and an internet facility. Each lab is well equipped with the material and apparatus required for the conduction of experiments in psychology. The department also has a rich collection of psychological tests and other assessment tools. Currently, we have two laboratory attendants as support staff in the Department of Psychology. The students get an opportunity to work in an extremely comfortable and congenial environment.

Mata Sundri College for Women has a well-equipped Computer Center with the latest updated software and hardware. It hosts ultra-modern, well-furnished, and fully illuminated independent computer labs to cater to the needs of the students. The Computer Center also includes a server room and two servers connected to the Wi-Fi system provided by the University of Delhi.
