Infrastructure of my college is very good and nice. The buildings are very beautiful. There is very big canteen which provide affordable food for the students. College provide Wi-Fi facility to the students.
I studied b.com honours from this college. The teaching style of the teachers is very normal and easy to understand. College is girls college so the teachers are very cooperative and friendly. Material is job ready.
The quality of the placement is good. I am from commerce background student I got good learning and proper mentoring from the teachers and conveners of the department. They give Support and provide proper guidance for getting ready for the placement.
The Fees of my college is 24000 for a year. I am not from Delhi in my hometown the fees is very high for getting degree and studying the BCom honours course .I think the fees is not very high when getting study from University of Delhi.
Student organises refreshment activities for the students and that is considered as informal party college do not support for any refreshment and fresher party and farewell party organisation. Teachers do not support it
The washrooms are never clean, no soaps or handwashes in the washroom, and the classrooms are always dirty. Tables and chairs are coated with a dust layer. The library is good and the labs are also well-maintained with AC facilities in the lab and the computers are also well-maintained.
The quality of teaching is good. The curriculum is surely updated and includes all the recent developments in the field. Whatever we study doesn't make us job-ready as the teachers are only concerned about completing the course and theoretical knowledge offered by the college. The corporate exposure is less according to me.
So far very few companies are interested in stats students talking about internships as well as placements. Though the placement cell is working hard to get decent placements for stats students very it's very rare that stats students seek opportunities from the placement cell. We have to personally look for internships and placements.
While the infrastructure is average, academics proved out to be a good point. The faculty's excellence in teaching and guiding students truly stood out. One aspect that i particularly enjoyed was the vibrant atmosphere by joining active societies and clubs on campus.
The faculty's dedication and expertise are evident in their teaching methods amd interactions with students. The courses are well structured. Availability of library and collection of all type of books be it academic or non academic is a plus.
The college's placement cell team is really active in organizing workshops, networking events. College has established have led to collaborations with reputable companies. Recently, big firms like Ey, kpmg, de shaw hired students.
B.Sc Mathematics Honours fees is around 18-19k ler year.
The presence of active societies and clubs provides a prethora of opportunities to pursure beyong their academics. Additionally, college hosts fests and big events. Overall, campus life is good. Location is ITO which is considered as safe.
No
All the necessary requirements are fulfilled in the college. A well-equipped library, working labs and properly classrooms are there. For a government college of over four decades, it is way better than one expects.
Unlike the popular belief, our professors are way more dedicated than we make them out to be. Classes happen on a regular basis and our professors are more concerned about our studies than we are. Academically, it's a toppers'haven.
A lot of internship and placement opportunities are provided on a daily basis. Big companies like EY, KPMG, Wipro etc have done lots of on campus placements, thus, hiring our students. A lot of emerging startups can also be seen taking interest.
From DU college perspective, it may seem a bit higher but in general it is affordable and feasible. Fee recession options are also there for financially weaker sections. It costs around 19000 for Maths hons as of now.
Again, contrary to popular belief, being in girls college is actually fun and happening. There is no mean girls scenario going on. Girls here are actually supporting and uplifting. It's always an exciting experience to simply roam around the campus during no lecture.
Our college has the academic validation of a government college while providing the facilities as that of private one. It is an amazing environment to be in. Library, canteen, even classrooms, every place can become a hang out place as well as a significant one.
Some classroom are well equipped with Air conditioners and well ventilated. All the labs are well maintained with up to date softwares used on daily basis. The canteen is one of the best canteens in Delhi University.
Teachers know what they are teaching but some of the methods of teaching are way too old. However the psychology department is one of the best department on here and the it is well equipped as well with all necessary requirements.
The placements offered by the college is way to basic for an average delhi University college placement and despite being a reputed Delhi University college it does not has a lot to offer when it comes to placement
Statistics hons costed by roughly 50 thousand+ for three years of my bachelor's degree and if I hadn't joined a society it would not have been worth it. However survival is possible in this college only after you join a college society.
There is no campus life in this college however the location is decently safe as there is a court in front of the college and many offices of political parties in the locality. The student to student support is phenomenal.
The library is sufficient and the classrooms are fine.College does not have a proper place to hangout. The Wifi is never working. We do have smartboards but they are not used by the faculty. The washrooms are oftentimes in a bad condition. We have a few AC facilitated rooms ut the administration has locked them up for some reason.
I am doing Political science honors and i think the quality of teaching is fine. The professors suggest you reading material to go through and provide you with sufficient notes. You can always reach out to the professors and they are always willing to help out.
I am in my second year at the moment and am not aware of the placements. Placement cell is active in our college and they keep the students posted with all the openings and skill development programmes organised by the college.
My annual fees is 17k but i am not satisfied with the facilities being provided by the college.
The campus area is pretty compact. We have a big auditorium but that's it. We do have a ground but we aren't allowed to hangout there. The canteen is huge but I personally do not like the food and find it expensive. We have a juice corner right infront of the gate. It's pretty good.
Yes the infrastructure of my college is average The corridors are always clean and the auditorium is very nice and Library has all the books we need. Sports centre is very poor as the ground of the clg is uneven and. There are no hostels in college.
I'm studying BCom prog and the commerce department faculty is good. No I'm job ready. The college's academic curriculum is designed to offer the latest industry-oriented courses, and the faculty members are highly qualified and experienced in their respective fields. The college also provides opportunities for students to participate in various co-curricular and extra-curricular activities, enabling them to develop their skills and showcase their talents.
The placement quality of my college is very poor. Not many companies come for placement in our college and students are unaware of the opportunities that are there for them. Teachers are not that cooperative.
My course cost me around 18000. No i don't feel I'm getting my money's worth.
My Campus Life was quite good as I am involved in college art society. And my college's location is very nice it is situated in a very posh area and is very safe .
The infrastructure is good. No such problem faced due to it, whereas, the toilets are not at all clean. That's the only thing this college lack. Dirty washrooms. Beside this everything is well maintained!
I'm a student of eng hons. The teachers seem quite experienced looking at the quality of education they are provided us. Quite the opposite of the stereotyped college professor image considering how dedicated they seem towards us! Yes the curriculum is updated but not to the necessary level i think..
Not aware about the placements as such. As much as I've heard it's average with average packages and not so extravagant. The salary offered too varies! I'm still in first year and cannot a lot about it
The course offered costs 20k per year. It is not that worth it considering how delhi university works!
In terms of hanging, there is no place to hang out in the campus. It's compact and not so big. Canteen has been the place where i hang out the most with my friends. The teaching staff whereas is quite supporting and the place is quite safe too, for girls. Surrounded by students and lawyers for having courts nearby!
The college could be better if certain things change! Overall it's decent.
Our college has a well built library, classrooms and canteen. We also have a sports ground and a new hostel is going to be built soon. We also have a lot of other facilities such as free wifi. The only problem is the washrooms but work has also started on those.
I am studying B.A. Philosophy Honours at Mata Sundri College for Women, and while I believe that the course is definitely a great one and the teachers teach very well too, however the course does not teach me real life skills.
From what I have heard, the packages and placements at Mata Sundri College have been quite consistent and have gone up to 6-7 lakhs. I have yet to go through the placement process since I have not graduated yet.
My course costs almost rs18000 for one year. I believe we are getting a lot of facilities in that cost, such as elevators and a very well built canteen, facilities for the differently abled etc. We also have a great library.
Our college campus is situated in a very safe place. It is right in front of the court and has a pink booth attached right next to it. It is a great place for students, moreover the metro station is only 15 minutes away by foot.
I believe that Mata Sundri College is a fun place to be. We have fests as well and the college campus is quite well built, barring some things. I would definitely recommend it to anyone. My experience has been quite well so far.
Hi infrastructure is osm we have auditorium, sports ground, gym, canteen- and wifi facility too available . Canteen good ok only well ventilated classroom , gurudwara sahib is also there to take blessing of almighty God.
Academics- teachers are cooperative, help , guide students wherever required, provide us study material whenever needed( pdfs, notes, assignments, test), I have taken bcom hons course and yes it has good scope - Mcom, ca ,cma, csa ,career in finance and lot more.
Placement are ok ok only avg salary around 3- 4 lpa Highest 6- 7 lpa approx Major in bda, sales only ,internship opportunity are also provided apart from that various sesssion are conducted to enhance skills such as short term courses , vocational courses to gain knowledge and alot more.
Cost of course per year is around 20- 22k , yes it's worth ,being student of prestigious University
Campus life- best part we have many events, fest and interactive webinar , Different societies - dance ,art ( kala), debate( debattle) ,music ,dramatics, enatcus, illuminer council
Overall good college, great place to study, have fun and much more
