Mizoram Polytechnic Diploma Admissions 2026
The college offers four diploma courses in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Computer Science & Engineering and Electrical Engineering. The duration of each course is three years. The following table shows the course details with the seat intake and eligibility criteria.

Mizoram Polytechnic Diploma Admission Process
Eligible candidates can apply for the Mizoram Polytechnic diploma programmes.
Applicants for Diploma courses should not be more than 25 years of age as on the first July of the year of admission relaxable by 1 year for candidates who have passed HSSLC (12 +) or equivalent Examination and 3 (three) years for candidates belonging to SC/ST.
Candidates having minimum qualification for Diploma programme have to go through Written Examination conducted by the Mizoram State Council for Technical Education (MSCTE).
Candidates selected in the written examination have to attend a personal interview for final selection into the Diploma courses.
Seats will be allotted based on the performance of the candidate.
Finally, selected candidates can submit documents for verification and pay the fees.
