According to your marks, chances are very less for admission to MKCG Medical College under 15% All India Quota and also under state quota.
Also, chances are less for other Government medical colleges in Odisha.
You can try for admission to Deemed Universities.

Assuming that you are asking whether or not you can do BSc Nursing course after completing Class 12 from Arts stream, then you cannot.
A bachelors in Nursing requires candidates to complete 10+2 with PCB.
Coming to MKCG Medical College, Berhampur, then it doesn't offer a course in
Try scoring 540+ marks in neet ug , to have high probability of mbbs seat, in the college which you are enquiring for..

College Infrastructure
Large government medical college with a major teaching hospital. Well established pathology, microbiology,biochemistry and clinical laboratories.library, hostels and wifi facilities are available. Some building and facilities are not modern.

Accomodation and auditorium is available . Sports such as football, volleyball, cricket, badminton, and table tennis are offered, as well as a mess and canteen.
