Actually cut off marks vary every year which depend upon difficulty of neet exam as this year exam was easy so cut off may be high.
For safer side Ur score should be more than 560 do that u can opt for it as Ur choice. Rest depend upon number

You can admission in Ramiah college through Management seat, however it depends on the rank you get in NEET UG 2019. You need to apply to their institution as they have not yet mentioned their cutoff publically. Also their fees structure for a complete 5 year course is
