Sorry to say but you can't get admission in private college even . There are mainly to reason for this :-
1. Your marks are extremely low
2. General category has to atleast score 50% in NEET
So according to the guidelines you can't go for medical college

For MBBS Admission, all seats including NRI/Management Quota Seats are allocated on the basis of rank obtained in theNEET UG2018.
So if you have appeared for this exam, and secure good marks, you can get this college.
