- The college also offers a degree in Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science and Engineering with 60 seats. In this programme admission is done generally based on their academic performance followed by entrance examinations.
- The other specialised engineering programme of NYSS College of Engineering and Research is the BE Computer Technology, with an intake of 60 students. The process of admission follows the same principle as other engineering programmes, emphasising merit-based selection.
- The college offers the Bachelor of Engineering programme in Electrical Engineering with a higher intake capacity of 120 seats. Candidates are admitted on the basis of their performance in the qualifying examination and relevant entrance tests as for general engineering admissions.
