36 MonthsDiploma in Fashion and Apparel Design is a three-year full-time course offered by the Directorate of Technical Education, Bangalore, and approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).
Eligibility Criteria
Candidate to get admitted to Diploma courses, the applicant should have secured at least 35% marks in Mathematics and Science in the qualifying examination passed, i.e., SSLC of the Karnataka Secondary Education Examination Board or any other examination declared equivalent to it.
Admission Details
The candidate, as soon as the Karnataka State SSLC results are announced, the last date for the submission of the application to the Diploma course will be announced in the Kannada Daily Newspaper by the Government of Karnataka. The tentative date to get admission to the Apparel Design and Fabrication Technology (Fashion Technology) course is June 15. In case a candidate is selected at the interview, the prescribed fees have to be remitted immediately after the interview. The amount to be paid will be mentioned in the interview letter.
