Mechanical Engineering is a branch of engineering which involves the uses of principles of physics and chemistry for the analysis, design, information and maintenance of a variety of machines and systems. The Department of Mechanical Engineering started a PG course on M. Tech in Mechanical Engineering with the intake of 18.
The objectives of this programme are to build a technological base in Mechanical engineering, to analyze design, develop and evaluate high-end systems and undertake challenging projects and carry out research activity. The M.Tech Mechanical Engineering course covers the following subjects.
Eligibility Criteria
Passed Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in the relevant field. Obtained at least 50% marks (45% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in the qualifying Examination.

The college infrastructure is quite good , featuring modern classrooms, well - equipped labs and spacious libraries . The campus is well - maintained , promoting a conductive learning environment . Overall , very supportive!

NIET infrastructure is good and surrounded by a lot of greenery. All the facilities and equipment was available for students. Library was good and all kind of books was available in the library. Classes have smart boards and white boards. Separate hostel for girls and boys. Hostel room was clean and food was hygienic.

The college infrastructure of this college is also very good it is situated in Knowledge Park in Greater Noida it is autonomous college it has all the facilities like ATM, water supply ,clean surounding ,ATM facilities and cafeteria.
