The candidate must have cleared the 10+2 examination which had Mathematics as one of the subjects with at least 50% marks to be qualified for Papni School of Architecture admission. A 10+3 diploma (in any field) recognised by the central or state government with 50% lowered aggregate marks may also qualify one for admission. The most essential part of the admission process is the National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) conducted by the Council of Architecture, New Delhi. All candidates had to qualify for this aptitude test to have winter admissions into the B.Arch. programme at the Papni School of Architecture.

B.Arch: Papni School of Architecture offers a five-year full-time Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) programme. The course permits a maximum of 40 students so that a personalised learning environment could be given. The B.Arch programme requires no other merit other than a merit list derived from the marks obtained from the National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) and the marks scored by the candidate in the 10+2 examinations or any other equivalent.
