College have all the necessary infrastructure and facilities are amazing ......and smart classes are available with wifi... and library is too good and and huge book collection ....and time to time sports activities are arranged ....and hostel is clean and good .

College Infrastructure
My college infrastructure was very good Having good class room library having good environment . Having a very good buildings and classroom and good examination hall one of the best play ground where I practice cricket.
Its provide you great opportunities .

Faculties are good enough , they provide well equipped classrooms with fully air conditioned . Library and labs are well furnished with all books , Medical ,hostel and mess facilities are also available here

how can i take transfer in psit in B tech 2nd year ?

Assuming you are a diploma student if you want lateral entry then yes you cant get admission but through management quota. Or else you can also appear in uptu examination to be eligible for admission.
