Medical Electronics engineers develop devices and procedures that solve medical and health-related problems by combining their knowledge of biology and medicine with engineering principles and practices. Many do research, along with life scientists, chemists, and medical scientists, to develop and evaluate systems and products such as artificial organs, prostheses (artificial devices that replace missing body parts), instrumentation, medical information systems, and health management and care delivery systems. Medical Electronics engineers also design devices used in various medical procedures, imaging systems such as magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), and devices for automating insulin injections or controlling body functions.

Based on previous year cutoff trend and considering your marks you should get admission In MS Ramaiah Institut. However it is tough for you to get CSE branch

My suggestion to you would be , being a mechanical engineer graduate you should opt for MTech rather than choosing MBA , if you  get a good experience after doin MTech you would definately get salary hike in you domain.

On comparison of present COMEDK cutoff and previous COMEDK cutoff for RIT, Bangalore for different branches it is noticed that the cut off for different branches ( CSE, ECE, EEE, MECH) have varied as per the year. MSRIT, Bangalore cse cutoff has raised year per year.  In 2013 it was 1765 and in 2015 it raised to 1260. Similar changes have taken place in other branches  and subsequent years.

There are dedicated medical rooms and a large sports ground, encouraging both wellness and recreation. There are large parking facilities with modern safety. Each lab is fully functional with the latest software.
