You can apply to it but BMSCOLLEGE CLOSING rank is 1000 for CS branch so you have chances to get in it's 3rd ROUND as your rank is quite good that you can even get mech. Civil and electrical  in bms...

Only PES Bangalore campus now takes admission through COMEDK. PES University takes admission through its own entrance test known as PESSAT. 124 marks in COMEDK is considered a good score and you may get a rank anywhere between 1400-1800. With this rank, you may get ISE in MSRIT and PES.

If you belong to some category you can try ,otherwise it is not possible
