If you are seeking admission in MBBS/BDS/BAMS/BHMS or in other AYUSH courses than NEET is the single only largest medical entrance exam conducted by National Testing Agency (NTA).
And till now National Testing Agency which is the conducting authority for NEET, has not released any notification for NEET

I am extremely sorry to tell you dear but you haven't mentioned the course in which you want to get admission, if you are about the bhms course which you have tagged in your question dear , then it's a big no, you cannot get admission into bhms
