I’m pursuing B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering. The teaching quality is good, with most professors being supportive and knowledgeable. The curriculum is updated regularly to include current industry trends like AI, ML, and data science. There are regular workshops, guest lectures, and coding contests. Some subjects could use more practical exposure, but overall, it’s structured to make us job-ready.

The placement scenario is promising. A large number of companies visit the campus, including TCS, Wipro, Infosys, and some product-based companies. The highest package went up to 20+ LPA, while the average remains around 4–5 LPA. The college supports students with mock interviews and placement training. However, competition is high, and one has to work consistently to secure a good job.

Campus life at GITAM is vibrant. There are multiple clubs (technical, cultural, social) to be part of. Fests like GUSAC and Kalakriti bring students together from all departments. The location is beautiful—near the beach, and safe. The student crowd is diverse and friendly. Faculty and staff are approachable. Emergency services and medical aid are available on campus.

The teachers are very helpful, they devote time even after college, all the teachers are experienced and have in-depth knowledge about their subjects. The curriculum is pretty much relevant, students are given exposure and industrial visits are also arranged.

More then 90 percent of students gets placed. The highest was around 7-8 Lacs per annum, the average is around 4 LPA, the lowest go to 2.5 LPA. Infosys, Wipro, Nielsen, ICICI etc recruited students from the campus.

The college faculty is very helpful and kind hearted, The curriculum is designed by CCS University, hence it's theoretical in nature and follows a set pattern. There is not much flexibility or industry-specific subjects, but it covers all the necessary points for students who specialize in History.

Being a government college under CCS University, there isn't much emphasis on placements like private colleges. The majority of students either opt for higher studies or government exam preparations. For BSc and BA courses, the college does not offer direct job placements or campus recruitment.

There is a whole floor dedicated to the library. The food quality is really amazing, fresh, and hygienic. There are all types of food are available and are really cheap. There are first aid kits on every floor in case of medical emergencies.

Teachers and professors are very skilled and experienced, with most of them are Ph.D. holders. They understand their students thinking and teach accordingly, overall very nice and understandable teaching.

Around 70% of students are placed as of now. The highest package one of students got was 3 LPA, and the lowest package was around 1.5 LPA. PhonePe, Airtel and other are among the top companies for our course. Almost all students in our course get internships in their respective companies.
