Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Electronics and Communication Engineering is a four-year full-time undergraduate Course offered by Ramaiah Institute of Technology, Bangalore recognized by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and affiliated to Visvesvaraya Technological University, Belagavi.

Eligibility Criteria

A candidate who has passed 10 + 2 patterns of examination (equivalent to the two years Pre University in Karnataka) with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Biology/ Computer Science/ Electronics as optional subjects in the qualifying examination is eligible to pursue an undergraduate degree in engineering at MSRIT.
The eligibility for admission is 45% in case of General Category and 40% marks in the qualifying examination in case of SC/ST, Category-1 and OBC Category candidates. The marks obtained by the candidate in Biotechnology/ Biology/ Computer Science/ Electronics in the qualifying examination will be considered in the place of Chemistry in case the marks obtained in Chemistry is less for the required aggregate percentage for the purpose of determination of eligibility (and not for the purpose of determination of rank, in respect of engineering/technology courses).

Admission Details

Admissions for engineering programs will be based on COMEDK, JEE, or KCET scores only. However, submitting an application to RUAS is mandatory for all aspirants.

College Infrastructure

I like the infrastructure of this college. The buildings are modern and the classrooms have projectors which help during lectures. The library is well maintained and quiet for studying. Labs are also properly equipped. The campus environment feels peaceful and students get a good place to focus on studies

College Infrastructure

The institute offers excellent facilities for the civil engineering department including modern classrooms, well-equipped labs, library, and wi-fi. Hostel amenities are satisfactory with decent food options. Medical facilities and sports amenities are also available, promoting overall student well-being

MS Ramaiah Institute of technology have quite good infrastructure for the course, they have projectors well maintained functional labs and good Wi-Fi service. The hostels are not on the good side which are within the campus but they have hostels outside but near the college which are good within reasonable feels
