The Candidate should have passed the Diploma Examination in Engineering / Technology of the State Board of Technical Education and Training, Tamil Nadu or an equivalent examination for direct admission to second year (Lateral Entry).

College Infrastructure
This college has all kinds of basic amenities as fas as the building hygiene is concerned and for the classrooms they are yet to upgrade to smart boards and they are still kind of old fashioned but their teaching is very good

College Infrastructure
All the necessary infrastructure are present. Neatly maintained classroom and labs. College has green envitonment. High quality food is given. This college has 13 centres for excellence and received many awards from the state government for excellent acedemic performances.
