Rudrapur Institute of Technology (RIT) is one of the preferred technical institutes of higher learning in Rudrapur in the state of Uttarakhand. Programmes in engineering diplomas are offered on a merit basis. Rudrapur Institute of Technology admission process is largely based on the Uttarakhand Joint Entrance Examination Polytechnics (Uttarakhand JEEP) conducted by the Uttarakhand Board of Technical Education (UBTER). This entrance examination acts as a stepping stone for any interested student who wishes to pursue his/her diploma here at RIT.
